1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Promptio mobile application ("Promptio", "the app", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Promptio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.
2. Service Description
Promptio is a curated prompt gallery that lets users browse, view, and save AI prompts. Certain content or features may be available through premium access or by watching rewarded ads. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Promptio. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Accounts & Security
- Some features may require an account created with an email address.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
5. Premium Purchases
- Premium features or content may be unlocked through in-app purchases.
- Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process or store your payment information.
- Purchases are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or the store’s refund policy.
- Premium access is tied to your app store account.
6. Rewarded Ads & Unlockable Content
- Some content may be unlocked by watching rewarded ads.
- Ads are served by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content of those ads.
- We do not guarantee ad availability or successful unlocks in case of technical issues.
7. Content Curation
Promptio does not allow users to upload or publish content. All prompts displayed in the app are added and moderated by our team.
8. Prohibited Uses
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access or interact with the app in an abusive way.
- Use Promptio for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the app (including design, logo, branding, interface, and underlying code) are owned by OFS ENTERPRISE LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app beyond normal personal use, or use the Promptio name/logo without prior written consent.
10. Account Deletion
You may delete your account from within the app (if available) or by contacting us. When you delete your account, your account-related data (such as email and favorites) will be removed, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal obligations (for example, purchase history).
11. Disclaimer
Promptio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will always be available. You use the app at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OFS ENTERPRISE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for premium features in the last 12 months, if any.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where OFS ENTERPRISE LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
